The campsite reception
It is a real pleasure for Stéphanie and Christian to welcome you in a friendly and family campsite in the heart of this exceptional nature!
You will find our snack bar which gives pride of place to our local products: Le local en bocal, wine from Aveyron, bread and pastries.
Not to mention a small grocery shop with basic necessities.
The field
Due to its location, this campsite in the Gorges du Tarn welcomes you with direct access to the river.
The pitches along the river offer views of the limestone cliffs and the beautiful sight of vultures circling overhead. These aerial sailboats invite you to take to the skies.
The grounds cover 1.5 hectares, much of which is shaded to make the summer heat a pleasure.
Travel with your pet
Your pets under 10kg can enjoy your stay and accompany you on your holiday. Our campsite Le Taranis welcomes your faithful companion if :
- He remains on a leash for the safety of all and does not escape your supervision.
- If you’re into yoga: Bend your legs, keep your back straight, tilt your torso and pick up after yourself: Don’t forget the kk bag.
- Only one dog per accommodation and per pitch.
- The communal areas (swimming pool, toilets) are reserved for campers.
- He can’t stay alone on the campsite.

Access is free for one person per day and per pitch.
The Laundromat
A service well appreciated by our holidaymakers, no need to load our suitcases and continue your holiday with clothes that have dried in the open air. And yes, the air of the Tarn gorges! Tokens at €4 are available at the reception and the dose of washing powder is included. The laundry is located in the sanitary area.
The service area
Our camper friends have at their disposal an area for emptying waste water and grey water as well as a drinking water supply. Free access for our customers and chargeable for external campers. To continue your journey in peace on the roads of the Gorges du Tarn, this service area is located at the entrance of the campsite and awaits you for a stopover and more if affinity.
Bread depot
Every morning, come and nibble on a crouton of baguette freshly delivered by our baker, devour the viennoiseries such as the “chocolatines” or the indisputable croissant improved with local jam, the fouace or other delights! It’s easy to book the day before at the reception desk of Le Taranis.
Additional rentals
For a comfortable stay, you can rent Table Top fridges for the tent pitches and for the Decathlon Prêt à camper. If you have a baby with you, cot and high chair kits are also available on arrival once you have booked. Collective barbecues are also available for free use.

A small family campsite bar where you can spend a convivial moment, fishing for information on the activities in the surrounding area and the entertainment in the surrounding villages.
A morning coffee in the shade of the terrace, a refreshment in the afternoon, or to quench your thirst after a sportive day of canoeing or hiking.
We offer local drinks such as beer, wine and fruit juice.

Meet our goats : Our campsite is home to a herd of friendly goats for the enjoyment of young and old alike.
